In a noisy, over-saturated yoga space, it’s easy to lose your own voice. I support yoga teachers through practice spaces, ready-made sequences, and trainings that build confidence through experience, not copy-paste formulas.
This work is about teaching with intention, clarity, and embodiment, without burnout or performance. Because when your teaching actually reflects you, this work becomes more sustainable and far more fulfilling.

After years teaching full-time internationally, my work now focuses on helping teachers understand the why behind what they teach — from sequencing and embodied movement to practical anatomy, biomechanics and better teaching decisions.
I teach online, train teachers and travel to studios and communities for workshops and continuing education.
