Teaching 5-8 classes six days a week I quickly experienced sequencing burnout and felt disconnected in my classes. I craved a style with more freedom. I was planning classes to a strict and over complicated structure, teaching yoga became a chore and I wasn't enjoying it anymore.

It's time to learn how to sequence effectively, efficiently and SIMPLY in this module using my 6 step skeleton. We'll sequence towards 6 different sequencing types which includes: Mandala, Ladder & Infinity flows. AND you'll even learn how to breathe new life into your old flows by adapting your structure.

Not at all, although I will say the whole course is in English. There is a subtitle option for anyone who wishes to use it and if you teach in a different language your assessment can be taught in that language

As we have teachers joining from around the world the live sessions are staggered each month to cater to different time zones. If they don’t align you can always reach out to me and I’ll take it into consideration for the next call.
