Not at all! If anything they will compliment your initial training by showing you what other sequencing styles are available. The flows are divided up into beginner and intermediate for a reason. Start with the beginners and progress when you feel comfortable.
I'm new to teaching, will these flows be too advanced for me?
As this is mini course there is no addition community support, there is however spaces within the platform to leave comments and questions underneath the flows. The Intermediate flows are all different class structures this includes a Mandala Flow, Ladder Flow, Infinity Flow and Peak Transition Flow. These are all dynamic structures that also change direction on the mat.
