The Flow Room is not a membership.

It’s a season. A container. A grounding rhythm.

No power flows, no “core day,” no pressure to perform.

Just honest, embodied practice delivered straight to your living room.

Most people join because they’re craving something real, something slower, something that actually feels like the yoga they wish existed in their area.

And they leave thinking,

“Thank GOD I’ve finally found a place that teaches the way I want to feel.”

A home base for teachers and practitioners who want yoga to feel like yoga again.

  • honest, embodied movement
  • a slower, more grounded practice
  • a place that feels like coming home to your body
  • zero fluff and zero pressure
  • weekly consistency without the rigidity of a membership
  • reconnection to your own practice so you can teach better, too

Flow Room is for you if you’re craving…

Why Flow Room works

it’s simple. it’s live &
we’re in the room together.
No choice overload.
No endless library you’ll never watch, or any “new month, new challenge” pressure.

Just consistent embodied movement with a teacher who actually sees you.

Once we begin, the group stays the same for the whole season.

P.S Community rate is available for those who wish to access a supported option. Use code "COLLECTIVE" at checkout

How It works

The January–February Flow Room is now closed.
If you want first access to the next round launching in March–April, pop your email into the newsletter sign-up at the bottom of this page and I’ll keep you posted.

But, You haven’t missed your chance forever.

Enrollment is currently closed.

No. Flow Room is open to teachers and non-teachers alike.
Many teachers join to reconnect to their own practice, but this space isn’t about training or theory. It’s about moving, breathing, and being in your body.

Do I need to be a yoga teacher to join?

Flow Room is accessible to all levels.
The focus is on embodied, creative movement rather than peak poses or performance. You’ll be offered options and space to explore at your own pace.
If you can get up and down from the floor, you’ll be just fine.

What level is Flow Room?

A yoga mat is enough to get started.
I like to work with different props, so blocks, a strap, and a bolster are recommended, but not required.
If you don’t have props, simple substitutes work just fine, blankets, pillows, books, or towels are all welcome.

What equipment do I need?

Yes. Every session is recorded and sent to your inbox after class.
Recordings stay available for two weeks, so you can practice live or in your own time, whatever works best for you.

Will there be recordings?

If class planning feels flat, forced, or like you’re forever chasing the “right” way to do it — you’re not the problem.

You’ve just been taught to follow rules that were never built for your style, your students, or your lived experience.

Rigid to Revolutionary is a free training to help you see what’s really keeping you stuck — and how to teach with depth, clarity, and actual freedom.

Not another formula.
A mindset shift.

A training for yoga teachers who are done teaching by the book  - and ready to think for themselves.
