Many teachers join to reconnect to their own practice, but this space isn’t about training or theory. It’s about moving, breathing, and being in your body.
Flow Room is accessible to all levels.
The focus is on embodied, creative movement rather than peak poses or performance. You’ll be offered options and space to explore at your own pace.
If you can get up and down from the floor, you’ll be just fine.
A yoga mat is enough to get started.
I like to work with different props, so blocks, a strap, and a bolster are recommended, but not required.
If you don’t have props, simple substitutes work just fine, blankets, pillows, books, or towels are all welcome.
